This is because when we receive your order, the manufacturing process begins immediately, and the goods are manufactured to your exact specification. UNITEC Textile offer a free sample service and we recommend customers use this before ordering to ensure the correct fabric/colour is chosen.
Made to measure products are custom made to your requirements/choice and under the distance selling regulations, we cannot accept any made to measure products back. Once made our products are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Because of this, it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We strongly recommend that you double-check your order to ensure the products ordered and window codes/measurements are correct. This does not affect your statutory rights.
