What's your fabric quality warranty period? If quality issues are found, within what timeframe should a claim be filed?

We provide a reliable guarantee for the quality of our fabrics.
For defects in materials or workmanship from the manufacturing process, our standard quality warranty period is 5 -10 years based on different fabrics after the goods arrive at the destination port, valid under normal storage and usage conditions.

Regarding the timeframe for filing quality claims, this is usually divided into two stages:

Initial Receipt Inspection: Customers should conduct an initial inspection within 15 days after receiving the goods. Any apparent issues not caused by transportation (like surface defects or quantity discrepancies) should be reported within this period.

Claims within Warranty Period: For quality issues due to manufacturing defects that emerge during normal storage and use after the initial inspection period, but within the quality warranty period, the customer should notify us within a reasonable time within 10 days after discovery and provide relevant evidence.

We encourage customers to inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving them and to contact us promptly if any issues are found, so we can quickly investigate and handle them.

If I only get small quantity needs for the first order, is it OK?

We understand that for first-time customers, you might want to start with a smaller trial order.

We do have standard Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), for example, typically our standard MOQ is 800meters per fabric per color, which is based on our production efficiency and cost considerations.

However, for your first order or trial order, we are willing to discuss some flexibility.

Please understand that smaller quantity orders might result in:

1. A slightly higher unit price compared to orders meeting the standard MOQ, due to higher shared costs for production setup and management.

2. Limited color or specification options, e.g., only being able to choose from colors with a small available stock.
